Terms and Conditions mm98 – Complete Platform Rules Guide for Malaysia

By accessing or using the mm98 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and mm98 as the platform operator.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of mm98 services complies with the laws applicable in your region. mm98 is not liable for any violation of local laws that may arise from your use of this platform.

Basic Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 Years Old on the date of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf only — not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You are not an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any mm98 staff.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list from any gambling platform.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at mm98. Holding multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a serious violation of our terms. All associated accounts may be suspended and winning balances forfeited without prior notice.

After registration, an identity verification (KYC) process is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. All deposits to your mm98 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using another person's account or card are strictly prohibited and may result in your account being suspended.

Mm98 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges — this is beyond our control. All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.

Winnings will only be withdrawn to the same account or payment method used for the deposit — this is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) policy we adhere to. If the original method is no longer available, please contact customer support for a case-by-case review.

All bonuses and promotions offered by mm98 are subject to specific terms stated separately on the Promotions us. The following general terms apply to all bonus types unless otherwise stated:

• Every bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Rollover requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, depending on the bonus type).
• Only bets placed within eligible games will count towards rollover fulfilment — details are stated on each promotional offer.
• Mm98 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus obtained through dishonest means or system exploitation.
• Each member may claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempts to reclaim it using a new account will be treated as fraud.

Bonus Expiry Date

Every bonus has a validity period stated in the specific terms of the relevant promotion. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period and cannot be recovered. Rollover requirements must also be met within the same validity period.

All games on the mm98 platform — including slots, sports betting, bingo, and table games — are operated using software supplied by internationally licensed providers that use independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) engines verified by recognised certification bodies.

The results of all games are final once a round or match is completed. Results cannot be disputed on grounds unrelated to a provable technical error. Should a technical error occur during gameplay, all related bets will be voided and funds returned to the member's account balance.

Sports Betting — Specific Conditions

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out feature (where available).
• Matches postponed before they begin will result in all related bets being voided and stakes refunded.
• Odds may change until a bet is confirmed — the odds applied are those at the time of confirmation, not at the time of initial selection.

To ensure a fair and safe environment for all members, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mm98 platform:

• Using bots, automated macros, or any third-party software to manipulate games.
• Collusion between members to gain an unfair advantage in table games or wagering.
• Money laundering — using the mm98 platform as a channel to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• Making a deposit and then withdrawing without conducting sufficient wagering activity (deliberately low turnover).
• Intentionally exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage.
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without their explicit consent.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.

Mm98 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Confirmed that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Identity fraud or false registration information.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• A self-suspension request submitted by the member concerned (self-exclusion).

Account Closure at Member's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting the mm98 customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any valid balance in your account will be returned to you via the payment method used for your last deposit, subject to identity verification.

The mm98 platform is provided "as-is". While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, system outages, or third-party disruptions.

Mm98 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Member-side internet connection interruptions or equipment failures.
• Loss of account access resulting from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Unsatisfactory game outcomes that do not involve a provable technical error.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party internet infrastructure outages.

Mm98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. We will notify members of significant changes via their registered email or in-account notification.

Continued use of the mm98 platform after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the new terms take effect.
